KCA operated, owned, and engineered projects in Bolivia from the 1990s onward — including the world's only primary chloride leach silver plant at Itos, plus the Berenguela copper-silver-manganese project that KCA purchased from the Peruvian government and developed up the value chain. Today we continue to ship modular recovery plants and pilot facilities to Bolivian operators.
