We've delivered 74 modular plants to 30+ countries — each fully wet-tested in our 20,000 ft² Reno fabrication shop, then disassembled, shipped in standard containers, and reassembled on site by KCA technicians. Typical site setup time: 8 weeks or less.
KCA Model 20, Model 30, Model 50, and Model 150 ADR plants — standardized footprint, brochured spec, 16–24 week lead time. Each is a complete carbon adsorption + Zadra strip + electrowinning + smelting package on one or two skids.
Smaller-scale Merrill-Crowe systems for high-tenor or silver-dominant operations. KCA has shipped modular MC at 30–120 m³/h capacity (Aurex, El Cubo, San Antonio).
Every modular plant runs full-flow water testing in our Reno shop before shipping. Operators can fly in to witness factory acceptance — standard practice. Catches design and fabrication issues weeks before site mobilization.
Modular plants ship in 20- or 40-foot ocean-freight containers. KCA coordinates freight forwarding, customs documentation (including via KCN for Mexican deliveries), and on-site re-assembly.
KCA construction supervisors travel to site, oversee local labor, and commission the plant to nameplate. Operations manuals provided in English and Spanish. Operator training during commissioning is standard.
Typical site setup: 4–8 weeks from container delivery to gold production. Compare to 12–18 months for a site-built equivalent.
