Mexico is KCA's most active jurisdiction worldwide. Since the 1990s, KCA has delivered 11+ major projects across Sonora, Chihuahua, Zacatecas, Durango, and Guerrero — including the recently commissioned $125M Camino Rojo for ORLA Mining and the 13-month La India EPCM for Agnico-Eagle. Our local subsidiary Kappes Cassiday del Norte (KCN) in Chihuahua provides on-the-ground procurement, customs, and construction-management support for every Mexico project.

SEMARNAT environmental approvals, water rights, tailings storage facility (TSF) permits. KCA engineers have walked dozens of Mexican projects through CONAGUA and federal permitting cycles.
Kappes Cassiday del Norte (KCN) operates from Chihuahua, providing local procurement, customs clearance, import/export, warehousing, and Spanish-language project management. KCN supports every KCA Mexico project from sample shipment through commissioning.
Decades of experience importing equipment to remote Mexican mine sites — Sonora, Chihuahua, Durango. KCN handles customs paperwork, freight consolidation, and on-site inventory management of spares and consumables.
Bilingual KCA-trained Mexican construction supervisors. We've delivered nine-figure EPCM packages with mixed US/Mexican labor, mixed-currency procurement, and integrated US/Mexican standards.
Familiar with NOM standards, IMSS/INFONAVIT labor requirements, and PROFEPA environmental inspections.
