KCA fabricates stainless-steel and polypropylene electrolytic cells with stainless steel wool cathodes — the highest-surface-area cathode for precious-metals plating. Largest cell: KCA Model EC-420-SS at 88 gpm / 170 ft³. Extended flow-path designs maximize recovery efficiency.
Where the ore is mercury-bearing, KCA mercury retorts process up to 40 cu. ft per batch with multi-stage condensation, sulfur-carbon scrubbing, and vacuum-pump capture systems. Meets every US-state emission limit.

Two-stage wet scrubbers handle SO₂, NOₓ, and particulate emissions. Bag-house and dust collector. Sized to match each furnace and any mercury-retort exhaust upstream.
