Soledad Mountain is a 5.1 million tonne/year heap leach operation paired with a 600 m³/h Merrill-Crowe recovery plant — designed, engineered, and commissioned by KCA for Golden Queen Mining.
KCA provided metallurgical flowsheet development, followed by the process sections of a bankable feasibility study. We supplied detailed engineering, fabrication, installation and startup of the Merrill-Crowe plant for the Soledad Mountain Mine in Mojave, California — a fully integrated delivery from sample to first pour.
